2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes chosen for this wine were hand selected from our Estate Vineyard. They exhibit distinctive qualities that allow us to showcase our unique winemaking style. It was aged separately for two years in small American oak barrels with minimal intervention. Affirming our devotion to this incredible grape, only the finest barrels were blended together to create this truly exceptional wine.

It is the epitome of old school California Cabernet Sauvignon with a palate full of ripe raspberry, plum, currants, sweet pepper, vanilla, leather, smoke, and a mild herbal ribbon of bergamot.
