2021 Cabernet Sauvignon
The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes chosen for this wine were hand selected from our Estate Vineyard. They exhibit distinctive qualities that allow us to showcase our unique winemaking style. It was aged separately for two years in small American oak barrels with minimal intervention. Affirming our devotion to this incredible grape, only the finest barrels were blended together to create this truly exceptional wine.

This wine is a stunning example of our Estate fruit. Similar to the 2020 Cabernet with cherry pie, currant, plum, roasted Italian sweet pepper, endeavor of flavor with a long, smooth finish. This Cabernet has more pepper then the 2020, while the 2020 Cabernet has more Cherry pie and plum.
