One of our most popular blends is also one of the most rewarding to make. 100% of the fruit is grown right here on our Wine Estate. Cabernet is the backbone and provides the peppery, savory mushroom base while the Malbec brings rich blackberry to the party, and the Sangiovese brightens the whole thing with strawberry, and vanilla.

Cento (CHEN-toh) in italian means one hundred as in one hundred percent of the grapes contributed to this incredible red wine were grown on the Perrucci Family Estate in Los Gatos. This is an outstanding example of our family's dedication to fine winemaking.
