Another stunner from our Los Gatos Estate Vineyard. Each year, we hand select the finest blocks to harvest for our Estate Cabernet Sauvignon. A small amount of Merlot and Cabernet Franc was added in to round out the robust acid and tannin without taking away from the varietal flavor. It is the epitome of old school California Cabernet Sauvignon with a palate full of ripe raspberry, plum, currants, sweet pepper, vanilla, butterscotch, leather, smoke, and a mild herbal ribbon of jasmine and bergamot.

The intoxicating aroma of smoked oak followed with dark fruits, maple bacon, blackberry pie, dark chocolate and a hint of black pepper fill the senses.  It has an exceptionally long finish with rich, robust, well integrated tannins, mild acid and a structure that is completely balanced.

You’ve heard it before, but Cabernet is King! Another sure to be Gold Medal winner, this wine is a stunning example of our Estate fruit.  It is a cherry pie, currant, plum, roasted Italian sweet pepper, endeavor of flavor with a long, smooth finish. 

Rapidly becoming a new favorite, this Petite Sirah heavy blend lives up to its name.  Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec take the flavor profile to a new level adding their influence to the mix. It is full of candied fruit, nectarine, sugar plum, leather, mild smoke, and toffee.  The tannins are in perfect balance with the acidity of the fruit and the finish is long and smooth.

96 points & a Gold Medal at 2023 California State Fair Micro Winery Wine Competition

Sourced from the Regan Vineyard in Corralitos, this is sure to be another award winner. It is a classic full-bodied wine with bright cherry, currant, and raspberry flavor with a touch of cinnamon, mocha, and dark chocolate on the finish. It has a velvety smooth body, subtle tannin and acid structure that is in fine balance with the fruit. This wine we held back longer to age a full year in the bottle. We also aged for 18 months in %50 new American oak. This wine has a beautiful balance of fruit and subtle spice. Another award winner Merlot.

Our 100% Syrah offering from the Pasha Vineyard is a tribute to the varietal’s old-world origins. The acid, alcohol and tannin balance are all focused on showcasing the mild blueberry, black pepper caramel, toasted spices that run throughout the palate and nose.

Also aged for nearly two and a half years in new in mostly new American Oak barrels, this vintage does not disappoint with that classic smokey barbeque, black pepper, jerky, plums, and blackberry flavor profile.  It is filled with rich tannin, a balanced acid structure that really shows off the fruit.

Cento (CHEN-toh) in italian means one hundred as in one hundred percent of the grapes contributed to this incredible red wine were grown on the Perrucci Family Estate in Los Gatos. This is an outstanding example of our family's dedication to fine winemaking. 

Meaning Cinnabar Hills, our tribute to the role the local foothills played in the California Gold Rush is back.  This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese.  It takes the best of both grapes and combines them to deliver plums, toasted berries, mild pepper, mocha, vanilla, and hints of floral notes with a long smooth finish.

Always the fruit forwards berry bomb, our Estate Malbec is a perfect representative of this grape.  It is like boysenberry pie in a glass with a slight mocha and coffee finish!  The two years in American Oak softened

Another Regan Vineyards sourced offering, the fruit for this wine was picked from the upper slopes where the ocean breezes perfectly temper the afternoon sun.  The resulting wine is sure to be another top award winner with toffee, espresso, raspberries, clove, fresh fruit with a good balance of spices such as clove, cinnamon, and vanilla with a hint of candied oranges.

Our take on the Old School wines made by our ancestors, this blend is made with very little intervention and 100% neutral oak barrels.  Also known as our “Tuesday night” wine because it easy to drink and easy on the wallet.  Cherry and strawberry fruit with moderate acidity is balanced with hints of cinnamon, pepper, and other mild spice notes.  

Sometimes the only answer to the question why is why not? Some great wines are made from the most unlikely partnerships. This might be the most unlikely of all. Because we had only one goal, to make great wine, it free us from the bonds of tradition and maybe common sense. However, the results speak for themselves. Aged separately for two years in the barrel, Merlot and Malbec dominate this blend with Syrah and Pinot Noir rounding it out. This “Winemaker’s Folly” is another unique offering that is rich with raspberry and cherry flavors with toasted hazelnuts, vanilla, mocha, caramel on the finish.

Our perennial Regan Vineyards sourced Chardonnay is a perfect example of how intricate this grape can be.  The mild flavor profile is a combination of passion fruit and pineapple with a long smooth finish of green apple.  The crisp, fruit forward profile is balanced with mild acidity and a creamy, smooth finish.
